I've reformatted my PC, and haven't had the time to install Photoshop yet, so this is done on MS Paint of all things. But I wanted to do this one... when I think small, I think of a balloon way up in the big blue sky...

A note on my "art": I am not by any means an accomplished artist. There are countless people, especially people contributing to the Illustration Friday project, who are much, much more talented. Click on the Illustration Friday link above and you will see what I mean.
Any and all illustrations posted here are done for my amusement and are partially an experiment to see if I can improve with time. I use GIMP (link also provided above) and my mouse and not much else to make things. I used to use Photoshop but I found it aggravating after a while.
While I doubt it will occur, if any images I post should offend you, turn off your computer and walk away. Or by all means complain to me, but don't expect any fanfare.
